In November 2022, TI Impact acquired the TI Group. We chose to keep this name because we wanted to express the strength of this union under one group. We now have offices in Brossard and Magog with a large team of passionate technicians and specialists.

Philippe Labelle

President, Chief Operating Officer, and Partner

Philippe Labelle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in information technology from the Université du Québec à Montréal. Even as a young man, Philippe knew he would go into business where he could make a living from his passion, computers. Philippe has since accumulated “too many computer certifications to name,” to quote him. Philippe has this incredible ability to focus and work under pressure because he is determined to achieve his clients’ goals. Philippe and his wife live in Saint Hubert with their young son.

Louis Pellerin

Partner and Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Louis Pellerin graduated from McGill University with a double major in marketing and international management. At that time, Louis understood the difficulties faced by small and medium-sized businesses in learning and adopting information technology. He knew then that IT would always play a central role in his career. Today, Louis puts his rigor to good use with all the companies he works with to explore the challenges they face in improving their productivity and increasing their revenues. Louis and his wife live in La Prairie and have a young son.

Olivier Toutant-Paradis

Partner and Vice President of Technology

Olivier Toutant-Paradis has been passionate about computers since he was a child when he was already programming on his father’s lap. With a DEC in computer science, Olivier belongs to the generation where everything is easy to learn, having been bitten by the computer bug at a very young age. He has been an administrator and certified professional for most Microsoft solutions for many years. With honesty and determination, his goal is to implement the best technology solutions within Groupe TI to increase productivity and customer experience. Olivier and his wife live in Magog and are parents of two young children.

raymonD toutant

Strategic Advisor

Raymond Toutant has been passionate about automation and the computerization of business processes since his first professional steps; he developed, among other things, a complex Microsoft Access solution for the management of the production line of a manufacturing plant. The actual trigger came when his father-in-law gave his daughter a Compaq computer for her studies. He backed up his passion with solid training as a programmer analyst at CDI College, a business analyst certification at McMaster University in Ottawa, and several certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional for Windows Server solutions from MS SQL. Today, he brings thirty years of experience and leadership to Groupe TI’s management team as it continues to grow. Raymond and his wife live in Magog. They are the parents of four children and the proud grandparents of five grandchildren.
